How to make a Doctor's appointment

Contact us between 8.00 am and 5.00 pm or drop in to a Hutt City Health Centre and talk to our Receptionist. We do have a late night clinic until 8.00pm on Wednesdays in Lower Hutt.

Your appointment will last for 15 minutes unless you request longer when you book - there will be an additional fee. Our charges are very reasonable and you'll need to pay for your Doctor's consultation at the time of your visit.

Repeat prescriptions for enrolled patients

You may arrange to pick up a repeat prescription without seeing your Doctor first if you are an enrolled patient who has medications regularly prescribed.  Please allow up to 3 days for repeat scripts to be issued.  If you require an urgent script to be completed on the day there is an increased charge.

All results are sent directly to Hutt City Health Centres where your Doctor will always review them and take appropriate action.

Results usually arrive within a few days of being performed.

Will you see test results?
In most cases we will not notify you of normal or marginally abnormal results unless they impact on your care. We will let you know if the results require further attention.
